Where we ship

We currently ship within Singapore only.

Delivery rates

Standard delivery is S$4.90. Delivery is free on orders of S$50 or more. Your rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched on business days. We aim to dispatch within 2 business days, and delivery within Singapore usually takes a further 1 to 3 business days. You will receive tracking details by email when your order ships.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an additional delivery charge.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email hello@itsambrys.com with your order number and we will chase it up.

Storing your Crunch Cubes

Crunch Cubes are shelf-stable and need no refrigeration. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and check the best before date printed on the pack.
