Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Crunch Cubes are a food product, and once a bag has left our warehouse we cannot resell it, so we are not able to take it back.

This does not affect your statutory rights under Singapore law.

If something is wrong with your order

If your order arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if your order does not arrive at all, we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Email us at hello@itsambrys.com within 7 days of delivery, or within 14 days of your order date if the parcel never arrived. Include your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the damaged item or its packaging. Please hold on to the product until we have been in touch.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we process a refund it usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to show it.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, email hello@itsambrys.com as soon as you can. We can usually cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched. Once it has shipped we are not able to recall it.
